About Kingdom Housing Association

Kingdom Housing Association work throughout East Central Scotland. They manage 3,000 properties including housing for single people, families, older people and people with particular needs. Employing in the region of 320 staff Kingdom provide quality housing support and care for 250+ people through a range of home services and support homeless people in temporary and direct access accommodation. Kingdom’s care services promote social inclusion, by supporting people to maintain their home; increase independence and be actively involved in their local community.

Carista to deliver innovation and efficiencies

During the tender process, Kingdom considered 10 industry-known software suppliers. Based on a strong track record in the social care sector and innovative approach, Kingdom selected Carista so staff can capture information electronically for the individuals they support. Kingdom’s initial areas of focus for Carista will include:

  • Support plans & outcome measurements
  • Drive efficiencies through rota management
  • Mobile working
  • Reporting on key performance indicators
  • Functionality for existing contracts and Self-Directed Support
